These Terms govern your use of Ranvedix’s WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding and monitoring service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
The Service helps you connect and manage your own WhatsApp Business Accounts on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API): onboarding numbers via Embedded Signup, configuring webhooks so your messages are delivered to your own server, and monitoring account health, quality, and template status. We are a Technology Provider; Meta bills you directly for messaging — we do not resell or mark up messaging.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to act for any business and WhatsApp account you connect.
Acceptable use
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta’s platform terms, and all applicable laws.
- You are responsible for the messages you send and for the consent and quality of your messaging. Abuse, spam, or policy violations may degrade or suspend your connections.
- Do not misuse, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, platform policy, or to protect the Service and other customers. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We depend on Meta’s platform and are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by Meta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
