Common issues

“A payment method already exists” during onboarding

Meta won't reconnect a WhatsApp Business Account that already has a payment method attached via another platform. Detach it in Meta Business Settings (or use a different WABA), then retry.

“This number isn't eligible” for Coexistence

The number needs real prior activity in the WhatsApp Business app — send and receive a few messages from the phone first, then onboard again.

My conversation history isn't showing up

Ranvedix is message-blind — we never store your chats; they arrive at your Webhook Override endpoint and live on your side. For Coexistence, Meta syncs recent history from the phone shortly after connecting — keep the Business app online while it catches up.

A connection is “degraded” or “failed”

Open the connection and run diagnostics. The most common cause is an invalid/expired token — re-authorize the number via Embedded Signup. Onboarding failures now show a plain-language reason in your activity feed.
